Do I need an account?
Yes, you need an account approved by Artcuts to access our shop. We do not supply products to customers who do not have an Artcuts trade account.
What’s the minimum spend?
There is a minimum spend of £150 ex VAT for all orders.
What’s the minimum spend for free carriage?
Free carriage will be applied to all UK orders over £200 ex VAT.
What are your minimum order quantities (MOQs)?
MOQs range between 2 and 18 units per shape per colour-way. MOQs for individual items can be found on the product listing.
What are your current lead times?
Our lead times are usually between 3-5 working days from payment date. Please note, these may change throughout the year due to busy periods. Personalised products will occur longer lead times.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most credit and debit cards, PayPal, telephone payment and payment by BACs.
When will I receive my order?
You can request a delivery date at the checkout stage when placing an order.

What courier will my order arrive with?
We use UPS couriers for all UK orders. For international orders, couriers will vary and a quote will be provided.
How much will my carriage cost?
Carriage cost in the UK is £10.00 (inc. VAT) for orders between £150-£200. For International shipping, a quote will be provided.
Do you offer personalised or bespoke service?
We offer personalisation on a selection of our products and you see our full range here.
Please note: Due to the busy festive period, our bespoke services will be restricted between October and December. Bespoke requests via email may still be made during this time and a member of our design team will be in touch with current lead times.
Can I re-sell Artcuts trade products on e-commerce marketplace websites such as eBay and Amazon?
No, we do permit any of our customers to re-sell Artcuts trade products on eBay or Amazon. Any attempt to list our products on such sites will be a violation of our terms of conditions and will result in a closure of account.
Can I list Artcuts trade products on my own website?
All customer’s can sell Artcuts’ trade decorations on their own website. Please provide details of your website on your application and we shall add you to a list of our stockists.
How are products packaged?
All products are provided loose with a swing ticket. Small accessories such as magnets, key rings and brooches are supplied in cello bags with an Artcuts backing card. Stock supplied for merchandising units are supplied in cello bags with a Artcuts backing card. Upon request, decorations can also be supplied in cello bags with an Artcuts backing card.
Are products barcoded?
Products can be barcoded upon request. All barcodes are supplied with a swing ticket for you to attach your own information.
