 To receive our newsletter or enter our competitions you are required to be registered. As part of the registration process, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We periodically send out newsletters to communicate news, offers and new products. When customers or users sign up to our e-mail newsletters we use a third party mail provider to digitally deliver them. Our provider is called MailChimp. We use MailChimp’s systems to analyse data to gather statistics around email opening and clicks to improve the service and content of our newsletters. Customer Data

Customer data is personal information that may be used to identify you, such as, your name, title, phone number, email address, billing address, delivery address and purchase details. We use this information to process orders and to contact customers surrounding any issues when processing their orders. In general, you can browse our web site without giving us any personal information.

User Data

We use Google analytics to analyse traffic to the website in order to understand our visitors’ needs and to continually improve our site for them. We collect only anonymous, aggregate statistics. For example, we do not tie a specific visit to a specific IP address.

Retention of Data

We will only retain your data for as long as legally required and to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, to process orders and communicate via email and newsletters. For tax purposes the law requires us to keep basic information about our customers for at least six years.
